The breakfast offered was delicious and marvellous with great coffee and hot options, for instance, couldn't have asked for more. Standard queen room with single beds was the best. The location was great, just a short stroll away from Concert Hall.

Overall it was new-fashioned and cheap with comfortable beds. A shower, a hairdryer and bathrobes were available there.

Would recommend for a mini-vacation
Spacious family room, good breakfast, the staff were professional and friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring local attractions while being just a short walk from the train station.
Nothing. It is perfect.

Stayed in the Beautiful Double Room for one night. It was clean and comfy, with a nice little balcony area to chill. The bathroom was recently renovated, a plus. The atmosphere was cozy, and I really appreciated the thoughtful route for a walking tour given by the staff-it added a nice touch. Only downside was that the windows could've kept out more light. They didn't fit well. Still, overall a pretty solid stay!

Perfect location - walking distance to the centre, around 15 mins to the Grand Place. Quiet, great interior, nice staff, lovely pool where we played ball there alone, nice reception area, brugge is just ideal, perfect, would go back, has a bus stop right outside the hotel. Have a big iMac next to the bar for guests to use. Wish we could go back for honeymoon as we had a great time there.
Not enough lights in the room, or lights too dim. Not really a problem during the summer as rooms have big windows allow natural lights go inside the room.

missingWrote a review on 08 Augspacious suiteunique decorpoor ventilation
The penthouse suite offered spacious accommodations with unique decor that's hard to come by. An intriguing feature was the distinct skylights providing a quirky charm.
Room ventilation left much to be desired. I noticed an unpleasant odor lingering within, likely due to inadequate air flow. The temperature control didn't work properly, instead of heat, the air conditioning blasted cold air, made for an uncomfortable last night. The swimming pool felt overly warm, more like a hot tub than a refreshing escape, and common areas could use better cleaning-stains and dirt were visible in the corners. The absence of basic amenities, such as a minibar, was unexpected. Lastly, the noise levels from the hall were noticeable, leading to disrupted sleep.

Room was a good size. Hotel staff were helpful. Easy access to the center and historical sites. 24 Hour access. Parking on site was handy although more money than we expected. Excellent in door entertainment area for children.
The breakfast was very average. The bread was not fresh and the bacon and eggs looked inedible. Coffee machine made a very loud beeping noise. We decided to not to eat the breakfast the second day - and found a lovely cafe close by offering great food.

Cozy, Cozy, Cozy
My room was such a good haven, complete with tea and coffee making facilities to kick-start my mornings. The swimming pool was a warm and inviting retreat-perfect after a day of exploring-and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone, allowing a tasty start to each day.

The interior design
There was a smell of the drains in the room, particularly the bathroom. Also the room itself was quite dark, we had to have the lights on even during the day. Fortunately we were out from early morning.
